New Content for Moon Chart

I updated the stand-alone version to 0.10.50a - This version has all-new graphics, updated to be completely my own. Also modified the colors a tad. Also also updated the website version as well.

Please note - The web version is also now a Drupal module, plugged into Drupal's authentication - Unfortunately I couldn't migrate any accounts over, so you will have to create a new account on my site in order to save campaigns.
